RETURNS

We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase from NEWandUSED.co.uk so we offer you the option to return any unwanted item within 10 working days of receipt as long as (where appropriate) it is unopened or unused and in the same condition as when received. Your Debit/Credit Card will be credited once the return item has been received and processed. Please allow up to 14 days from date of postage.

To return an item, please Contact Us providing all relevant order information and the reason for the return. Once we have confirmed the return, we will either request postage to us at 8 Clarence Road, Grays, Essex RM17 6QA or we may arrange for the goods to be collected by courier.

Return postage costs will only be reimbursed if the product is faulty or due to an error on the part of NEWandUSED.co.uk

We strongly recommend that you retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in transit.
