Returns & Refunds
Your right to cancel an order:
Under Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel an order from the moment you place it with us up until fourteen working days from the day you receive your goods.
If you wish to cancel your order, it is your responsibility to contact us and obtain a return number. The item must be returned to us in full working order, and in exactly the same condition as it was when received.
Unless specified, we would expect to receive the goods within 72 hours of receiving notification to cancel.
You will be responsible for the delivery costs of returning the item.
Returning a faulty product:
We offer a minimum 6-month warranty on all products (excluding CDs, DVDs and games) sold on our website.
If, in the unlikely event that the product you receive is faulty or we have made an error in the description, you have the right to return the goods to us. On receipt of the goods, we will determine the appropriate course of action which could be to repair the item, replace it or a full or partial refund of the amount paid.
It will be your responsibility to return the goods to us. In such cases, we will not only reimburse your original postage paid, but also all reasonable return postage charges. As a guide, the return costs should not exceed the original postage paid.
Should you need to return a faulty or not-as-described item, please contact us prior to dispatch so that we can provide you with a return number for you to include on the return delivery.
